Wishlisting is a demand signal. Saves are aggregated across every onboarded entity, never attributed to an individual: and feed the demand radar plus the prioritised investment backlog. An asset that is repeatedly wishlisted but rarely entitled tells MCIT the access path is too slow; a search term wishlisted with no catalog match becomes a build candidate.
