About this model
Fine-tune of Fanar Gov 7B Instruct specialised for summarising ministerial circulars, tender documents, and policy memos into executive briefs. Produces structured outputs with key obligations, deadlines, and affected entities, in Arabic or English on request.
Intended use
Drafting executive summaries and tender digests inside entity document workflows; outputs should be reviewed before circulation.
Training data lineage
Fine-tuned from fanar-gov-7b-instruct on 41,000 document-summary pairs curated from the arabic-gov-docs-corpus and gov-services-catalog descriptions.
Limitations & bias notes
Very long tenders above 60 pages must be chunk-summarised, which can drop cross-referenced annexe obligations. Deadline extraction is reliable for explicit dates but misses deadlines expressed relative to publication in the Official Gazette.
