About this dataset
Hourly ANPR gantry aggregates counting vehicle passages by gantry, direction, and plate origin class. Plate numbers are dropped at the edge and only aggregate counts leave the MOI enclave. Column-level documentation is sparse and several gantry identifiers changed without notice in early 2026.
Usage rights
Entity-private to MOI and named partner units; any onward sharing requires a case-by-case PDPPL assessment. Only pre-aggregated counts are provisioned, never plate-level reads.
Lineage
Produced by edge aggregation on ANPR gantry controllers; plate reads are discarded after counting and hourly aggregates are replicated to the MOI enclave.
